SILVER TIER
Ideal for: Athletes seeking to establish a performance baseline or post-tier 1 assessment.
Foundation Assessment

Full Range of Motion (ROM):
This assessment provides a detailed movement analysis using the VALD HumanTrak system, delivering a comprehensive report on joint mobility, asymmetries, and movement quality to aid in injury prevention and enhance performance.

Daily Home Movement Program:
Customised exercises tailored to improve daily mobility and strength. Your specific program is designed to correct mobility deficiencies and help prevent injury. A link to your program with videos and instructions is provided.

Performance Assessment:
Performance assessment includes maximal, reactive, and dynamic strength testing using VALD ForceDecks and ForceFrame, providing accurate data on power, strength asymmetries, and force production to guide targeted programming and optimise athletic performance.

Advanced Performance

I have had the privilege of working with some incredible athletes over the years, including Stephen Erceg, since the beginning of his amateur career. I am so fortunate to do what I love—working with some of our exceptional talent in Perth, seeing combat sports athletes excel in their sport and working with other coaches to provide recommendations for their athletes based on fight plans and strength and conditioning goals. Working with the entire coaching team ensures individual approaches for every athlete.

She is pursuing a Research Master’s at Murdoch University, focusing on the reliability of assessment protocols for MMA athletes. Her research is conducted with industry leaders, including supervisors at the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas, ensuring that our training programs incorporate the latest advancements and best practices in physical training and athlete monitoring.
